Curtcher Building Systems is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. We understand that you may entrust with us your private information to help us match you with an Architect, Designer, Retailer, Contractor or other third party. Curtcher Building Systems collects information online to allow you to use our services. When you hit the submit button on our questionnaire forms you are giving us permission to share any personal information about you to or with any organization including: contractors, builders, real estate professionals, lenders within the factory built housing industry. We do not share your personal information to those outside our network but only to our affiliates within our network. Information We Collect: We never sell or share any personal and non-personal information about you collected in our online forms unless you have specifically allowed us to do so within our form selection. In cases where required by law or court order, Curtcher Building Systems, Inc. will provide requested information only.
How Information is used: We use the information you provide to match you with participating affiliates: Architects, Retailers, Contractors or Real Estate Professionals within the factory built housing industry. We may also send your information to other third parties relevant to your transaction including: lenders or insurance companies. Curtcher Building Systems may also share certain aggregated data with other third parties for general marketing and demographic purposes; however, this information does not include any of your personal identifying information.
- By selecting the check box on our form(s) allowing us to share information, you authorize Curtcher Building Systems to contact you or your immediate family, using methods that include, but are not limited to, telephone, e-mail, and US Mail. Such contact will be made using the information that you provide us on the questionnaire form.
- Curtcher Building Systems may notify you about a special offer from one of our promotional partners. We do not reveal your name, address or any other identifying information to that promotional partner unless you request us to do so.
